I used the unit for less than 2 full months. It was muddy outside the unit every time I went there. Some dampness inside. I left it cleaner than when I found it. Still never got my $150 security deposit back.

I have never met the owner but I have to say he is very nice just from dealing with him on the phone. Always plowed out and quite accessible.
