“I love this store in fact every time I go in there there's this one girl named Lindsay which is the store manager really good to me every time I come in there I've never had one complaint so far but I have had one individual in the the store that was making up things about me that were not true but besides of that I have had no issues I would rather have my phone through these people instead of AT&t Verizon or T-Mobile all rip-offs you pay too much for phone service when you should not be that much low income friendly give you unlimited for everything definitely no caps I've never been slowed down”

“After 6 mths with Consumer Cellular, I was begging AT&T to take me back.
Sure CC was cheaper and claimed to give me unlimited data but at a certain point the service got so slow, I could cook a pot roast waiting for sites to load.
I went back to AT&T on an inexpensive Samsung that I ended up not liking.
I recently moved here from Idaho and when I called to change my autopsy to a local bank, I was offered a better rate plan & top of the line Samsung phone.
When the phone arrived I had trouble activating it and went in the this store.
Christina (?) was so helpful, even when I had to come back for further assistance. She called AT&T, using her credentials as an employee and resolved all the problems.
I was very grateful for her professional help & personal support! She probably doesn't get paid enough for the customer service she provided to me.”
