“What amazing service! I called over the weekend to leave a voicemail, and the owner answered! Asked what was all going on, even though he technically was off, and I was able to get my truck in that Tuesday and fixed the same day! I will absolutely keep bringing my truck to his auto shop, he was very honest and has great prices! Highly recommend!”
“Went in for my tire appointment and was told my tires were not ready and that I needed to come back. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for the tires and had called the day before to confirm that they would be ready. After I left they found my tires and they had been there the whole time. However, they called and let me know they made a mistake and that they were sorry. They then offered to waive my lifetime balance and tire disposal fee.
