Stopped in to get my propane tank filled on my rv. I've done this here before with no problem. The lady came out and after a few times told me she couldn't feel the tank because their attachment was it working. She didn't try very hard. Avoid this place.

Went to purchase sun dolphin kayak,did not have one in stock(Rhinelander). Was told they could order one for store pick up. DIDN'T tell me they would add 100.00 dollar DELIVERY charge. Not to my home but to the store!!!. Won't be back ...ever.

We LOVE our local Stevensville MI Tractor Supply. Friendliest most helpful staff I’ve ever met. All of our pet needs in one convenient location. We even use the vet service which has been excellent. Our Corgi Sophie loves the vet team. Good selection of durable outdoor/work clothing and boots. I have purchased a number of gardening, canning, foraging, and off grid how to books as well. The Tractor Supply in Iron Mt MI was a different story. Andy didn’t want to be bothered filling our propane bottles. 2 stars for him.

The store is clean, the employees always seem busy, but they don’t keep things in stock well, and have a low variety/no variety on certain pet products. I no longer shop at this location and will travel the hour plus to Iron River if I have a need for a visit TSCo.-The manager “attempted” to call me about my issues but made minimal effort as they called once, early in the morning and left no message.Went from 2 stars to 1.
