I have been on Medicare for 9 years. I've been using Walgreens in Iron Mountain for 6 years. I have a monthly prescriptionwhich is not covered under my insurance. I have been using GoodRXat Walgreens for all these years for this prescription, which saves me approximately $100. every month. Last month my prescription was sent to Walgreens as usual, I went to pick it up and was told I could NOT use GoodRX if I was on Medicare!!! I refused it, ended up having it filled at Walmart USING GOODRX with NO ISSUES!! I will NEVER step foot in our Walgreens again!!! Good luck to those who do!!

I have had prescriptions filled at Walgreens in Escanaba for over 20 years. Just moved to the Iron Mountain area and have had horrible experiences at the Iron Mountain WalgreensSo much so, that I will no longer do business here. Not enough help, long wait times, no customer service what-so-ever!!

They won't fill your prescriptions if their "morals" don't align with your prescription from your DOCTOR. Their official twitter page posted this statement about their "policy": "Our policy allows team members to step away from completing a transaction to which they have a moral objection and refer the transaction to a fellow team member or manager who will complete the customer's request". YOUR beliefs should NOT prevent MY HEALTHCARE!!! Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere. DO BETTER WALGREENS.

My doctor called in a prescription for me and it took over 2 weeks to get filled. It was magnesium so it was nothing dire need but still. Then their app notified me of another prescription that need to be refilled but it was out of refills. So I called my doctor and they refilled that one. At the same time I had a third medication due to be refilled so I refilled that one. It had refills left so no problem there. For 3 days I received a total of 9 different messages ( calls, texts and notifications) to pick up the last 2. Magnesium still wasn't ready. Also on the third day I received a message that they would only hold it for certain amount of days from that point. On the third day I went to pick up 2 of them and she said at the window that she couldn't give me the third medication because it was a day early. I asked why was I alerted to pick them up it one couldn't be released. Answer was " I don't know" and that's it. This sort of thing has happened several times before this.

they have been good for any prescription I've gotten. Have no complaints. As far as wait time, they took a whole pharmacy's business -- of course they'll be a little slower. have you ever tried to get a script. at Walmart? walk around & buy all sorts of stuff you don't need......or wait on the bench & take a nap.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Ever since Walgreens in iron Mountain took over the ShopKo prescriptions it has been nothing but a hassle to get anything done by the store. The customer service has gone down 150%, the wait time is completely ridiculous, the staff has became so rude and have zero time for anybody.

Terrible customer service, more like customer dis-service. I have never been treated with so much disgrace by a pharmasist! She assaulted me by questioning my character, then ultimately denied filling my prescription because I simply asked why my copay went from $10 to $50. They asked me to stop back in a half an hour so they could figure it out, when I returned to the pharmacy she then told me that she cancelled the prescription and can no longer fill it for me! When it was already filled in the bag and ready! I suffer from grand mal seizures, this is not what you do to someone that very desperately needs there medication. To top it off, when I asked her why she canceled my prescription she said "because I can" and handed me my script.
