If i could leave zero stars i would. Every single month it's a nightmare. I get notifications that my meds are ready. I go there for them to tell me they are too early. Some months I get them 3 or 4 days early. Others they say its their policy to do it only one day early if that. I guess depending on the person's mood that's filling them. But the truth is there is no policy for anything there, it's different every time you go. The only thing that's consistent is the how absolutely rude the people are that work in that Pharmacy. They are horrible. They all need to be fired and they need to start all over again with new people, these ones have to go. I went to Snyder drug in Iron River for like 3 years. Its pretty bad when you have to drive 2 hours to get your medication but that's exactly what I'm going to go back to doing. I would drive 5 hours just not have to deal with those idiots anymore.

I was extremely pleased with the check out girl! Her name is Paige. Friendly, patient, happy really nice and always ready with a smile!!

Walgreens seem to have difficulties with prescriptions in filing them. It takes them to long and they seem to mess up the order also when refilling.

Awesome Customer Service at the checkout!!! Paige is an excellent cashier and so friendly. I will keep shopping there.

Run by clowns... We called to check on my Rx . Walgreens says they're working with insurance but it'll work out. We drive 25 miles there . Wife goes in they want 200 bucks for 1 of my scripts . Wife comes out I say no way . I'll just die . She goes in tells them no way. Comes out without my other script.... I sez Hunny I still need the other script . She goes in she comes back out and tells me they get the 1st script down to $12 bucks . It'll be half hour and we'll have them both. Okay . Cool . She goes back in and they tell her they can't fill either of my scripts . 50 mile round trip . 3hrs wasted.... I have Covid and Multiple Sclerosis and I'm flared up like a Mutha in the car freekin dying.Nothing but incompetency . Run by clowns . DO BETTER WALGREENS.... Nothing but disappointment

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve received, literally ANYWHERE for ANYTHING. If you hate your job that much, quit! Definitely some firing to do at this location. It’s shocking that some of these employees even got hired in the first place. Absolutely do not recommend.

I've had a request to fill a prescription on 1/25 from my doctor..... it's is now the 30th and I am still without my anxiety meds!!!!!

I really think the male pharmacist hates his job. We went in to get some shots and while we were waiting we watched him as he was filling prescriptions. He kind of threw the trays that he was using. Then he called us in for our shots. He didn't say anything. When I left I said thank you and no response. It would have been nice if he would have told us that the rsv shot might make us not feel well. I was miserable. Fortunatrly my daughter is a Dr. O.of pharmocology at the VA.She told us what to ecpect. The women working the drive thru and counter were awesome. He needs some customer courtesy instruction.

Pharmacy always has a long wait. I waited in line starting at 5:15, they close at 6:00, and Instead of taking the last few customers they just closed! Some people are on life saving medications that they can't just skip a dose of. Disappointing to see they truly care more about closing at 6 on the dot than giving out important medications.

I had my prescription I've been on for 5 years cancelled. I then received a letter from Walgreens notifying me they would not fill said perscription unless it was filled 90 days at a time. I went back to my doctor to have them resubmit a 90 day quantity. Later that day I get a call from Walgreens noting my prescription has been delayed. Call to talke to the pharmacy tonight 11/14/2023 and it's 4:45, I've been on hold for 15 minutes listening to their automated system tell me someone will be with me shortly roughly every 16 seconds.I think from here on out I will go to Walmart Pharmacy. Walgreens doesn't care if you run out of an every day anxiety medication that should never be quit cold turkey.Edit, around 20 minutes on hold and I was hung up on.
