Hands down the worst customer service I’ve received, literally ANYWHERE for ANYTHING. If you hate your job that much, quit! Definitely some firing to do at this location. It’s shocking that some of these employees even got hired in the first place. Absolutely do not recommend.

I've had a request to fill a prescription on 1/25 from my doctor..... it's is now the 30th and I am still without my anxiety meds!!!!!

I really think the male pharmacist hates his job. We went in to get some shots and while we were waiting we watched him as he was filling prescriptions. He kind of threw the trays that he was using. Then he called us in for our shots. He didn't say anything. When I left I said thank you and no response. It would have been nice if he would have told us that the rsv shot might make us not feel well. I was miserable. Fortunatrly my daughter is a Dr. O.of pharmocology at the VA.She told us what to ecpect. The women working the drive thru and counter were awesome. He needs some customer courtesy instruction.

Pharmacy always has a long wait. I waited in line starting at 5:15, they close at 6:00, and Instead of taking the last few customers they just closed! Some people are on life saving medications that they can't just skip a dose of. Disappointing to see they truly care more about closing at 6 on the dot than giving out important medications.

I had my prescription I've been on for 5 years cancelled. I then received a letter from Walgreens notifying me they would not fill said perscription unless it was filled 90 days at a time. I went back to my doctor to have them resubmit a 90 day quantity. Later that day I get a call from Walgreens noting my prescription has been delayed. Call to talke to the pharmacy tonight 11/14/2023 and it's 4:45, I've been on hold for 15 minutes listening to their automated system tell me someone will be with me shortly roughly every 16 seconds.I think from here on out I will go to Walmart Pharmacy. Walgreens doesn't care if you run out of an every day anxiety medication that should never be quit cold turkey.Edit, around 20 minutes on hold and I was hung up on.

I am from out of town and I ran out of my omeprazole. I stopped in this Walgreens and they looked up my prescription and they filled it and I was heading west within 30 minutes. The girl that waited on me. Her name was Amanda and it was very nice dealing with them all.

Worst experience ever every single time I have to get my prescriptions. Terrible customer service skills and can't seem to get prescriptions done in a timely manner. Lady through the drivethrough yelled at me because she can't communicate properly.

The worst experience ever at getting my scripts refilled! It took 4 trips to the store in Iron Mountain Mi. to get my first refill, and now I'm getting the run around on my second refill. I will never use Walgreens again.

I have been on Medicare for 9 years. I've been using Walgreens in Iron Mountain for 6 years. I have a monthly prescriptionwhich is not covered under my insurance. I have been using GoodRXat Walgreens for all these years for this prescription, which saves me approximately $100. every month. Last month my prescription was sent to Walgreens as usual, I went to pick it up and was told I could NOT use GoodRX if I was on Medicare!!! I refused it, ended up having it filled at Walmart USING GOODRX with NO ISSUES!! I will NEVER step foot in our Walgreens again!!! Good luck to those who do!!

I have had prescriptions filled at Walgreens in Escanaba for over 20 years. Just moved to the Iron Mountain area and have had horrible experiences at the Iron Mountain WalgreensSo much so, that I will no longer do business here. Not enough help, long wait times, no customer service what-so-ever!!

I don't know what the problem is with this location, but it is just awful. I purposely waited almost 90 minutes after my doctor's appointment to try to get my scripts filled and still had to wait almost an hour when I got there. The staff was pretty rude, too. I feel bad for them, because I know they can only do so much, but this place is a nightmare. I actually dread having to go in there now. Probably going to start having scripts filled elsewhere.
