Inexperienced technicians...3rd time i have brought vehicles back after getting an oil, lube filter service...techs do not look at complete steering/suspension components for grease points...while new vehicles have sealed components, replacement parts normally have grease nipples...all boils down to training

Went in for my tire appointment and was told my tires were not ready and that I needed to come back. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for the tires and had called the day before to confirm that they would be ready. After I left they found my tires and they had been there the whole time. However, they called and let me know they made a mistake and that they were sorry. They then offered to waive my lifetime balance and tire disposal fee. I am so grateful that they were willing to make this up to me. They have a customer for life.Service: Tires

I needed 2 tires taken off the wheels and some new ones I purchased elsewhere mounted and balanced. Since this should have been a simple job and I had other things I needed at Walmart, I thought I'd have it done their instead of one of the independent tire dealers in town. BAD CHOICE! When I got the new ones home I noticed the backside off my expensive aluminum wheels were very gouged-up, so much so that there was rolled-up aluminum burs at the end of the gouges that I actually cut my finger on. I had to go around the outer edge of the inside of the wheel and file all the burs off. I did call the Auto Care Center and spoke to the manager, Shawn (I think his name was), to let him know what the auto technician did to my wheels. Of course he wanted me to haul the wheels back in to take a look at them, but for what, they might give me my $17 back. These wheels run around $300 each. I rarely submit google reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this case. So if you have steel wheels or old beat-up aluminum ones you don't care about, going to the Walmart Auto Care Center for this service is probably fine. But if you have expensive aluminum wheels you don't want all marrded-up and gouged, go to one of the local independent tire dealers who care about your property. I just hope they at least got the tires balance OK. And I hope this helps someone else from making the same mistake, Otherwise, I have nothing to gain from taking the time to submit a review, which, as I mentioned, I rarely do.Service: Tires

Lack of knowledge and procedures in pharmacy. Lot of back and forth from counter to counter. Lack of coverage for military insurance. Pharmacy cost was more than six times my usual. Pharmacy personnel did not understand Tricare charging. Several people had to go back and forth between drop off and pickup even though their prescriptions had been called in directly. Policy is that they don't fill prescriptions upon receipt from doctors. Employees texting on cell phones while supposedly working in main store. Electronics displaying items for sale but never have received the items in the store.

My parents bought and had put on four new tires purchase the road hazard and Rotate and balance for the tires had the tires about eight months had the vehicle in twice do you have the tires rotated and balanced went today and was told they could no longer rotate the tires on the vehicle due to Lugnuts being swollen then was told Lugnuts were swollen due to heat and humidity. So I do not know where they find their technicians but Lugnuts only swell when they are over tightened and over torqued so now my parents are responsible for fixing the damages to their vehicle that was caused by their technician and also they are being Refused the service they have paid for through the tire lube because of lack of knowledge through their own techniciansService: Tyres
