When l go up north to my cabin l frequently make a run to the ACE Hardware Store in Iron River, Mi. The customer service is the best l have ever experienced. Their team of associates are very knowledgeable and they know where everything is located . The store is well stocked with good quality brand products. I call it the “Tim the tool man” candy store! Speaking of Tim, that is the name of the gentleman that assisted me with my purchase today. Tim went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. Thank you!

Due to the lack of shopping options, we are limited on where we can go. Prices are extremely high, the employees are a little too helpful which makes your shopping experience weird and uncomfortable. If you have time, home depot can be worth the time and money

Kurtis took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed for my project. It's a 45 minute drive to Bigari, but I will continue to shop there because of the great selection and excellent service.

This place ripps off the community it serves. Everything is priced higher then it should be. I rented a carpet shampooer, used it for a couple hours, cleaned it out better than it was when I got it, and they still charge me the cleaning fee. This makes me believe that they charge that cleaning fee regardless. Never have I felt like a business cared less about its customers. I prefer to drive the hour to Iron Mountain rather than 10 minutes to the store because of their terrible business practices. I hope the owners look at the front of their store that they just renovated and feel terrible that they did that by taking advantage of the local population, but I highly doubt they do.

Great store! Very helpful staff. We were visiting the area and were surprised how large the store is and the amount of supplies this location has to offer. Thankfully, they had the items we needed to have a to have a successful camping trip!
