“My '97 Jeep died and wouldn't start when I was at O'Reilly's store in Iron River Michigan. Corey help me get some tools to clean the battery posts and also a car battery jumper. Neither worked. He crawled under my Jeep and tapped on my starter to see if that would help permy request. Didn't work. Then he suggested he could push the Jeep and I could pop the clutch since it's a manual. I hadn't done that since high school. It worked! I was then able to get home and have it fixed in my garage by changing the starter. THANK YOU COREY!”

“I'm 68 and disabled. I went in to have my windshield washer fluid replenished and to have my back tires inflated. Nobody came out to greet me even though they have a camera and knew I was waiting for service. Finally, I went inside and was told to go next door and buy the windshield washer fluid and put it in myself or they would have to charge me. Then they told me it would take at least 15 minutes for someone to air up my back tires. There is no such thing as full service. You have to go to Krist gas station to inflate your tires and buy your own windshield washer fluid. Not a place to go for full service. Repairs yes, full service, no.Service: General repairs & maintenance”
