My one star goes out to the delivery driver.
Customer service inside is always great. However I have continuous issues with my grandmother's mail not being picked up. Her mailbox is in her driveway due to being handicapped and mail will continuously sit there with the flag up because she doesn't check the box.
Her bills are starting to be late because the new mail lady does not pick them up in a timely manner. If it goes like a day or two I can understand that but by the third day it's just ridiculous. Even getting Skip for 2 days is a little ridiculous when her house mailbox is about 25 ft off the road if not less.
Please bring back the mail lady Nancy she was the best!! I will also be making my second official complaint today. I just made one last week about her mail not being picked up and it continues to happen.

The worst ever. Half the time my neighbor gets my mail as i do theirs. She doesnt even come up the driveway unless i have mail and half the time its not until the day. I have had out going mail that i had to call them to get picked. Called post master many times.

The 1-800 number is a joke, can't talk to anybody. They don't list telephone numbers for your local post office. I called today because I received a notification in my mailbox that my mailbox is too far from the road and my post is not secure. The post is firmly planted in the ground using quikrete not to mention the fact that my mailbox is in the same place it has been for 10 years and I have never received such notice in the past from the mail system. Not exactly sure what's going on but things are crazy they've got way too much time on their hands.

The sub that replaced our regular mail person has left prescription sticking out of mail box and refused to deliver any packages to our house
