Classic Motor Inn is always where I stay when I travel to the UP. It feels like home to me. The rooms and the owners are always welcoming. I look forward to staying there again and again.
Nearby activities: DAP (Downtown Art Place), on Aurora St, in Ironwood, is a wonderful gallery showcasing beautiful regional art.

Great place but I don't think the price of $100 is worth what you get. Very clean and close to downtown but pretty outdated and that $100 could go to nicer rooms. However you're supporting local and desk attendants could not be nicer. Really enjoyed my stay and felt very secure in my room, comfy beds too!
