Don't bother trying to call for a ride on a Friday after 3:30pm they won't answer. They also will leave you sitting at the clinic when they tell you the last bus is coming for you at 4:30pm if it's A Friday bc they don't care

I've ordered a ride twice now for rides from my non emergency Dr's visits. Only to be driven buy after my ride was scheduled. I'm not a fan

Left me stranded on more than one occasion, this time while in town for errands before work. I was lied to and more than an hour later they aren’t here. Very disappointed when all I’ve been is nice to these people. I wouldn’t use them for anything important—stick with Ironwood’s cab company instead.
