Seems management gets bossed around by other employees. Employees have poor attitude and general lack of care for customers. Have had multiple bad interactions with this store, its employees and management.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on at this store. Why are the employees so rude and miserable? I refuse to shop here anymore due to the attitude and downright aggressive behavior of the staff. If work conditions are bad or you just hate your job, don't take it out on the customers. We didn't do anything to you.

Ordered a funnel from them was supposed to be contacted when it came in. I wasn't so I called, the man on the phone was rude and asked if I want it polished. I told him no I was just supposed to be notified when it arrived. Will not be shopping here again.

Ace Hardware has always been a great place to shop whether we've shopped in MN or MI. The website is easy to navigate and pick up from the store is super easy. The staff is especially friendly and well-acquainted with the products. Country Village is our new local Ace and we already feel like neighbors. The store is the right size to carry what you need without getting crazy. The big parking lot is also a bonus, particularly when the purchase size is large.
