What is happening to people? Rude, condescending, out to make a buck without care or concern for those of us who need parts, advice, and help from self serving individuals. We are depressed enough as it is trying to fix our truck, need parts, having to drive 40 miles round trip twice to try and get what we need, but instead no intelligent suggestions and met with a short and difficult owner out to sell what we don't need. AND NOW I have to calm my husband down! He asked me to come along on the drive, and I am SO glad I did not! Thank you to the young man that did offer a suggestion. Just an FYI folks!

As with most places in ishpeming they all seem to charge a premium to use a debit card. I'm not too keen on this considering that's the way that 90% of people purchase items these days.
Figure it out or tell us prior to pulling that card out!

Went in to see if they could use a code reader on my car. It was 5:40pm, they close at 6. They would not help me because it was too close to closing time. Evidently I was SUPPOSED to go in during the day when there were more than 2 employees in an empty store. I'm sorry I didn't plan for the lights to go off in my car at a more convenient time, and that I work an 8-5. Thanks a bunch guys.

Our car has license plates secured with tamper-proof screws, which are a great idea until you need new plates (not just the sticker). We stopped at a few places and Auto Value was recommended by a very helpful person at Ace Hardware up the road.It's been a long time since I've been in an auto parts store and I was instantly transported to my younger days. The front of the store is somewhat small, but I'll bet there's a TON of stuff on the shelves in the back!The folks at the counter were super helpful and made sure that we got the right part for the task. It was even on sale; bonus! While I hope we don't need any parts for the car, I know where we'll shop should the need arise.

Fully stocked auto parts store with great service. They had all the parts needed for our ten year old truck brake problem. Without them our road trip wouldn’t have continued. If you’re in Ishpeming needing auto parts, check them out.
