i absolutely love this gym! the owners are the most down to earth, genuine people. all of the coolest and most effective equipment in one box. 10/10 recommend (you don’t have to be a crossfit enthusiast to love this gym)

Great place to either start working out or learn new methods. The group classes were my favorite to get motivated to finish the work out of the day.

Dropped in from out of town for a few classes - I love this gym! Felt right at home as soon as I stepped in. Beautiful facility and super friendly people / coaches! Will definitely return whenever I'm in the area
