Marilena at the Ishpeming branch of Nicolet National Bank is absolutely wonderful. She personally helped me with multiple banking situations. She is extremely knowledgeable and puts herself in her customers position to make sure the best outcome is achieved. I cannot express enough how helpful and personable this branch is. Excellent to interact with, additionally today they were celebrating milk chocolate day and that piece of chocolate was the little bit of a lift that I needed to brighten an otherwise horrible day. Thanks guys!

The transition from m bank has been very inefficient and frustrating to say the least. If I didn’t need a bank to cash my paychecks I would have closed my accounts after dealing with this fiasco.

When MBank took over the Peninisla Bank, it seems the personal, individual caring and concern that a local bank gives to the community.....was lost! A banks mission should be to serve the public, and not to be motivated by fees and extra service charges. Yes indeed, something was lost to our community when MBank took over. And it's not a good thing......just a past customers opinion.

Went through a long period of 8 months trying to get a mortgage jumping through hoop after hoop. Used my savings to pay all my bills which I now understand there is a federal law only allowing 6 transactions in your saving account. What they don't tell you is this includes transferring from sacings to your checking. After sending out 2 letters that I never received they called me and gave me a final warning but still closed my savings account. DO NOT GO HERE! It's not worth the headache. Ohh and apparently I was supposed to be maintaining a minimum balance in my checking which i never use because I have been using my savings account to pay everything and I've been getting charged $7 a month for the last year!!!
