I pulled up thinking I needed an oil change, and they informed me that the oil was still very clean. They gave me a sticker to let me know when I should likely return, filled the air in my tires and sent me on my way. Did not try to take my money. Amazing !!!

Had an oil change, was charged extra to R&R a fabric panel that only has a few screws, looked under the car when I got home (last year they messed up the drain plug and I lost 2 qts of oil in my driveway so I always check now) and they didn't reinstall the panel, they put the screws back in but not the panel, went back and they reinstalled it, but only put a couple screws back in and stripped the rest of them.

Used the car wash and it left soap all over my vehicle and it was still dirty. Tried to contact the number listed under cupcakes car wash and they informed me they no longer own it. Tried to call the quick lube phone number and they don’t even have a voicemail setup.

Went to quick lube this morning, I’m back in ishpeming from a ways away and just needed a little help. the gentleman working was amazing and helped no questions asked and sent me on my way. Very respectful and helpful, definitely recommend

The guys who worked there were very friendly and polite. Great work ethic and knowledgeable. Would recommend if you can't get into the dealership. Came highly recommended from the guy at the Ford dealership!
