The salesman at Ride North are completely worthless! Talked to Chris and he has no business being a salesman! Basically need to beg them to get a price. IDK about you but I'd try to get customers business with $95,000 in sales. Somehow they seem to think there isn't enough commission to be made off of that. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Went to take my Sea-Doo speaker to get repaired because it would not charge nor hold a charge the parts department was very unhelpful and rude. Basically they told me if you did not buy a Sea-Doo from them you get no service. I see there Marquette store shutdown explains everything to me there customer service is lacking badly and attitude is in the toilet.

I bought a brand new Lund Angler 1675 in the spring of 2024, I got a 80 lb Minnekota Trolling motor with spot lock installed on the new boat. It is July of 2025 and the battery bank for the trolling motor has yet to work properly. I have brought it in 3 times and now have to wait over a month to get it checked out for the same reoccuring problem. My next purchase will not be from Ride North.

I put a down payment on a snowblower at the builder show. I was supposed to pick it up today. The salesman contacted me that he can not sell it to me for the price that was on the snowblower at builder show. The price would go up 700.00 because they had put the wrong price on the snowblower.
Bait and Switch. Won't be shopping for our new travel trailer here.

Recently had my fifth wheel repaired here. Worst experience with it taking 3 times up there to get fixed. It is still not fixed properly there are critical areas not sealed. The last time they picked it up at my house to try to help out with the experience. The driver did a pre inspection of the trailer for damage, no damage found. I get a call asking if I wanted an estimate for the damage on the back corner. There was no damage when it left my house and they will not answer my calls as I am asking for the pre inspection photos. Every time I dropped it off it was inspected and photos taken. The repairs made are very sub par and now it is damaged in a different spot due to their driver. NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE!

Called on a Wednesday looking for a Polaris RZR axle, none in stock, none anywhere near (broke on vacation). Ended up being able to order a Moose brand out of Wisconsin for me, said it would be in on Friday. Axle came in the next day! Machine wasn’t down 24 hours, saved our vacation! Highly recommend Ride North, as they are SUPER friendly and helpful.
