“Labor Day weekend found us near Champion, MI with a broken down truck. Not what we were expecting for sure especially being 3+ hours from home. However, the experience was made much easier and less stressful by Anttila’s Towing. A phone call to them ultimately had them town the truck to Marquette to the dealership that was closed until Tuesday. Monday family went home and I stayed to deal with the truck and dealership. Ultimately they towed our truck back home for us, which was great. But let me tell you the ultimate customer service was when the local Enterprise had no vehicles to rent to get me home, but the airport did. I believe Anttila’s owner CALLED Enterprise to see if I was able to get a car and since I needed to get to the airport, he said my driver will pick you up in 5 minutes and take me to the airport. Who does that?!!! They did and I got to the airport (believe it was Tyler) and he waited to make sure I got a car. I really appreciate these guys - can’t remember names - but you know who you are! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful service!!”

“I have a modified pickup (Tundra) and some shops have been intimidated to align it. U.P Off Road had no hesitations on what steps needed to be taken to get it back to factory alignment specs. They were super professional and I'll be headed back in the future!”

“I called about a company forklift being stuck. I was told they were about 45 minutes out and they got here in 35. The driver was very kind and patient with me, as I was on the phone with a customer when he arrived. Took him about 5-10 minutes in total from arrival to get the lift unstuck. We will be using Mr. Wrecker in the future exclusively for any further issues and I had such a good experience I will be using them if I have any personal accidents as well. Definitely recommend.”
