“I had the pleasure to work with the animal control officers a month ago. I can tell you that they are wonderful to talk to. I know i can talk alot but they were willing to help me in everyway. The director seems very nice and knowledgeable. It was a great conversation I believe the other animal control officers were Lindsey and Nathan. Both very young and ambitious. It is wonderful to see such a new team serving our county. The only issue is had is they have been in the same small building for a long time I remember seeing the building growing up but I wish the county would actually take some funding and get them a proper building, vehicles and a fence that they can let the dogs run all around. Please do better gratiot county these wonderful people are working hard let's help them out.”

“Big thank you to Ashley at TSC Ithaca for providing superior customer service. My horse is on a special feed that my local TSC does not stock. I have to call my order in to TSC Customer Solutions team each month. Normally the feed is shipped directly to the farm where my horse is boarded. On my last order, I repeatedly had to correct the CS rep when she kept trying to ship it to my home location. Finally thought she had entered it correctly and placed the order. An hour later I received a call from Ashley at the Ithaca store. The CS rep had scheduled my feed for pick-up at the Ithaca store which is 60 miles away from my home. Thankfully Ashley recognized that something was amiss with the order and called me. After explaining about my call with CS rep to her, Ashley promptly said she would box up the feed and ship to the farm that day. That is what great customer service is about. THANK YOU ASHLEY!”
