“Even if they can't help more then willing to offer resources & advice. Thank you to whoever the man was who answered the phone & provided resources unlike other shelters who couldn't take 5 minutes to help with a dog that isn't mine (Montcalm County) Cough cough
Haha, 5 stars across the bored highly recommend GCAS”
“Best hardware in town! I love this place. My family has gone here for business many years…even when I was a kid my dad went there Al legs time. They are always very very friendly! Quality products & competitive pricing. My dad has dementia and the staff have been kind and helpful over the years to him. I appreciate they treat him equally and with dignity. This is more than a hardware. It is a community and safe place. Jeff is beyond amazing & will do anything for anyone! He is always the reason we swing in & keep going there!”
“So helpful. I walked in to the Alma Michigan store and Josh was right there to answer all my questions. He loaded up some very heavy bags of Gravel, took my payment right there, and loaded them into my car. Costumer service is ALIVE and flourishing at this Tractor Supply. Thank you Josh”
“Big thank you to Ashley at TSC Ithaca for providing superior customer service. My horse is on a special feed that my local TSC does not stock. I have to call my order in to TSC Customer Solutions team each month. Normally the feed is shipped directly to the farm where my horse is boarded. On my last order, I repeatedly had to correct the CS rep when she kept trying to ship it to my home location. Finally thought she had entered it correctly and placed the order. An hour later I received a call from Ashley at the Ithaca store. The CS rep had scheduled my feed for pick-up at the Ithaca store which is 60 miles away from my home. Thankfully Ashley recognized that something was amiss with the order and called me. After explaining about my call with CS rep to her, Ashley promptly said she would box up the feed and ship to the farm that day. That is what great customer service is about. THANK YOU ASHLEY!”
