This store never has anything that their website says they have in stock. Staff couldnât care less about the issues. The items they do have are overpriced and never sell. Whatâs the point of even being open for business?? Every time I have gone there for something they are out of stock and I end up driving to family farm and home in Alma and they always have what I need or are willing to help locate it!

Big thank you to Ashley at TSC Ithaca for providing superior customer service. My horse is on a special feed that my local TSC does not stock. I have to call my order in to TSC Customer Solutions team each month. Normally the feed is shipped directly to the farm where my horse is boarded. On my last order, I repeatedly had to correct the CS rep when she kept trying to ship it to my home location. Finally thought she had entered it correctly and placed the order. An hour later I received a call from Ashley at the Ithaca store. The CS rep had scheduled my feed for pick-up at the Ithaca store which is 60 miles away from my home. Thankfully Ashley recognized that something was amiss with the order and called me. After explaining about my call with CS rep to her, Ashley promptly said she would box up the feed and ship to the farm that day. That is what great customer service is about. THANK YOU ASHLEY!

I bought pair of pants from this store and couldn't find my receipt and they wouldn't even exchange for size I needed I won't come back here anymore

Great TSC location! Staff was friendly and helpful an knowledgeable about the stores products. They have a little bit of everything from hunting and farming, to automotive like tires and batteries. Very clean and organized.One complaint was the bathrooms weren't very clean. But not enough to lower the review a star. Overall great store and will be back! ?

Finally they had the correct big bag of cat food in stock and on the shelves! Staff was all friendly. They seem to carry a ton of varieties of dog food.
