I did not know how the process of buying something simple here worked, I didn't realize you had to wait to buy your supplies, when I told the girl at the counter that I have never done this before and wanted to know if it was going to be a long wait, she got an attitude with me.

Oscar is an amazing person he deserves a raise! He's so friendly and attentive to my fathers needs. He brings his oxygen every week. I try to tip him when I can *hint hint* thank you Oscar!!!
