Highly recommend!! The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Brought our van to get fixed and got it done before it was supposed to. Let us know everything that was happening. Picked up our van and was spotless!!! Definitely will be coming back if need to

Had some insurance type body work done. They handled everything from their end, so it was really easy. Looking good, and they even detailed the inside of my vehicle. Looks great and smells great, too. Steve was very attentive to my needs and was very informative.

where do I begin well 1 he told me before that it's possible the insurance wouldn't agree to his hourly rate but never mentioned anything about it costing $100 over the agreed upon price between him and my insurance 2 the owners attitude is one of the worst I have ever seen he cuts you off when you try to ask questions because he things he know what you're going to say he was rude for no reason to my mother and my friend who at the time was asking one question before lending me the EXTRA $100 that was a complete price gouge because he blocked my car in even though he just got somewhere around $8000 i believe for very terrible work 3 OMG the work they did was horrible my hood is not aligned at all theres a big gap where the rubber should be showing its not the rubber meant to seal the hood is bent back to where you cant see it at all also not long at all after getting it fixed poorly i might add the headlight they replaced is already out and needs to be replaced my other headlight is much older and still going strong to mee that means its on them weather it was put in poorly or the wiring is crap its their fault i suggest you find a new place to take your car this was an easy fix and now it looks worst then it did after the accident i would try and hold them accountable but my insurance wont back me if you want overpriced service this is the place for you message me if you have any questions about my experience with them i am that addiment they are the worst

I took my vehicle to Action Collision after being rear ended on the highway. Steve ( the owner) walked me through the process of what was going to be done to my vehicle. Action collision kept me involved with the timing and process of everything via text message or a phone call. My insurance company at the time was a bit of a pain to deal with but Steve was patient and kind in getting things processed smoothly. I'm happy with how the vehicle turned out, from the paint to all the new parts. Action Collision was great, helpful and down to earth.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review, more than any other reason to help other people know what they are getting into and make an informed decision. The owner and I discussed the importance of putting in an OEM windshield. I needed to get special permission from the insurance company. The owner, Steve, spoke with the adjuster and was given the permission for the OEM windshield. I was in the shop listening to him speak to the adjuster. When I picked up my vehicle things seemed fine. But soon it was apparent there was a new electrical issue. Fuses were blowing. They happened to be the windshield fuses. The owner, Steve, told me to get another mechanic to troubleshoot the problem and he would submit everything to insurance. The independent mechanic discovered the windshield was not OEM and was pulling too many amps thus in danger of wrecking the entire electrical system. At that point Steve refused to speak with me anymore. Additionally he did not pay the bill to the independent mechanic. And further, he lied to his liability insurance company and claimed he never knew the windshield had to be OEM. It has now been a few months since the issue. Steve has made NO attempt to remedy this. At the very least he could put the right windshield in. But now he is stuck with his lie. A very sad situation. One that could have entirely been avoided by him bearing responsibility and being honest. He felt just fine trying to protect himself from his error while putting me into both financial peril and possible physical danger in a vehicle that was improperly "fixed" - which is actually not fixed. The good of this, it seems they do a nice job with paint. If you only need painting done, maybe this company could do that. But if you want them to be honest and stand behind their work you probably would be well served to go elsewhere. It is all so very sad. But important that others be wary.

Very pleased with our repairs after a rear end collision. Steve made sure it was done not only beautifully but also properly. And BONUS everything was detailed and cleaned inside too.
