Our builders used Advanced Interiors for our laminate flooring. We are under two years in the $500,000 house build and we have called them here 3 times for floor separation. I have had to call multiple times and send emails to try to get the warranty in play. There are too many “cooks in the kitchen” communication is scattered and the workers are afraid to do anything because of upper management possibly coming down on them. The last time they removed and replaced a large chunk of it. It is still separating. We tried to be really patient and gave many chances for the problem to get resolved but we have to warn future customers. In our last home we had the flooring redone and used Home Depot and the job was done perfect and we no issues for the 5 years we were in the house. The separation is right in the main entrance way and the kitchen. I would think twice before using Advanced Interiors. The photos are just a few of the issues, the last photo is an unleveled lip left from the last job.

Eastbrook Homes referred me to Advanced Interiors. Through the contracting division, I spoke with John who went above and beyond to assist with my request. I was then contacted by Amy, who was very patient, concientious and thorough. At the showroom, I worked with Lauren who was very pleasant, efficient and accommodating. The showroom is upscale with a vast array of selections. My experience thus far has been outstanding! UPDATE;1/28/24 Just had a service call completed for LVP (which was my fault) by Jake. Jake did a great job! Original installers did a fabulous job ! Today, a special call-out for Mike in Service Dept. He was quick to respond to my inquiry/request, was timely with communication, scheduled me quickly for service and fair with service pricing. Thank you again!

They are responsive until they need to be responsible for their mistakes. The designers and installers were professional but customer service is awful. Our builder contracted Advanced to install flooring in our home. After about 6 months, our mudroom tile began to crumble at the grout lines. They were originally responsive and after coming out, determined the flooring needed to be pulled and replaced. The job was MESSY and loud, but I figured that was better than the faulty original tile. After the job was complete, we were left with damaged trim, missing grout, and sloppy finish work. I called and emailed multiple times showing them the damaged brand new baseboards and trim but their only response was that I needed to hire a painter - I don’t think a painter is fixing hacked trim and 1” gaps. We were planning to use them for our other home projects but will be staying far away now.

Horrible experience as they where subcontracted on a new build for our home. They have had to come out 4 different times to repair the floor and at each repair they have had to come back out and correct the repair they have made. They came today for 2 repairs and I come home to find 4 spots where the flooring is not even connected, far to large of gaps between panels. They will have to come out again for more warranty repairs... I have laid better flooring with my Dad and I, and it's not my profession. Please make sure, if you are building a house, that your builder is NOT using Advanced Interiors!

Terrible service, poor quality, no accountability. We are still waiting for them to fix the floor trim around our fireplace for our new build, it’s nearly been a year and they can’t get it right. Every time they show up, no one has a clue what they are supposed to do. They never have the right materials, so they need to leave and put it back on us to reschedule. When you call to reschedule, no one calls you back or you get disconnected. We are not the only ones we know who have had a terrible experience. I would never order from them again.

I am so pleased with my master bath remodel. Theresa and Janelle were so helpful knowing I was keeping my oak trim and the goal was to make my bath “relevant”. From paint colors, countertop, and tile choices, lightening/mirror and hardware, they were very patient with me. I think it turned out great!!!

Subpar work that needs to get redone and terrible communication. In other words, your typical building project/renovation subcontractor of the modern world. How these businesses actually stay in business is beyond my comprehension.

Poor customer service, scheduling, and work quality. This company was a subcontractor for a kitchen remodel project and was responsible for installing laminate countertops and a backsplash. When we visited the store, we had to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time for the customer service representative. When we finally met, she told us that she did not know that we were there. However, we overheard another staff member tell her that we were there two times during our wait. This set things off on the wrong foot. The backsplash work was good. But we were unsatisfied with the countertop install for a few reasons: 1) They left an unfinished notch in the counter which required them to come back to reinstall a large section; 2) they left glue drips on the counter, on the floor, and inside cabinetry; 3) they did not install caulk properly on the rework and it has since pulled away from the backsplash and needs to be redone.Overall, the rework and scheduling difficulties extended our project much longer than we anticipated. I would not recommend working with this company.

We shopped around a bit for back splash tile. They had the best selection. Friendly staff from the showroom to the warehouse. After ordering the tile from them i looked it up online and found out Advanced was way cheaper than the box stores for the same tile they would of had to special order in.

Given our recent experience with Advanced Interiors, we are very dissatisfied with both their installation quality and their customer service. We built a home with Bosgraaf Builders and the flooring was subcontracted to Advanced Interiors. About 18 months after moving in we started noticing bulging/buckling in the carpet throughout the entire house (see pics for a couple of examples). Advanced Interiors sent a technician out to assess if it was a manufacturer defect or not.The technician was very good to work with and determined that it was not a defect but that the carpet needed to be re-stretched. He was surprised that the carpet was that loose after only 2 years and told us that we should have a plan/quote from the office within a week or so. Over a month later, and after several inquiries on our part, Advanced Interiors finally responded saying that since it wasn’t a manufacturer defect, we would need to pay full price to have the carpet re-stretched.While we didn’t expect Advanced Interiors to fix this for free, we were surprised that they were so unwilling to stand behind their work, especially after the feedback from the technician that confirmed that this was not normal. We contacted them to express that surprise, to which we received a very curt response that we could submit this to the manufacturer for review, but that it most likely wouldn’t be covered, a reminder of the cost to re-stretch the carpet and that the rooms would need to be completely cleared out (basically completely clearing out our entire house). After this, we decided to get opinions/quotes from other local carpet professionals. After independent inspections of the carpet, they all concluded that the carpet was not correctly stretched when it was installed. To top it all off, the other repair companies came in with lower costs and were more willing to work with us on moving furniture during the re-stretching process.Based on our experience, we were greatly disappointed in both the quality of Advanced Interiors installation and with their customer service. We strongly advise you to think twice before using Advanced Interiors to conduct any carpeting work for you.

Advanced Interiors is the sub for Eastbrook Homes. Please note the pictures included show our master bath counter in our new home that they installed for Eastbrook. It looks like two remnants were put together to fabricate the counter. Eastbrook claims that Advanced Interiors has a policy that if the counter is over a certain size (this counter is 9 feet wide) that they will seam the counter together. This was never conveyed to us (we would never have agreed to this) and Advanced Interiors was called the day after our closing to make it look "less bad" and repair the counter. Well, the pictures show how Advanced "fixed" the counters. Eastbrook referred us to two people at Advanced Interiors named, Amy and John that will not return our calls. This counter is 6 weeks old and I took the pictures today. I can't imagine what it will look like in 5 years after dirt/dust etc accumulate in that crack. There will be a black line down the middle of our white quartz counter.
