Saw immediate results after 20 minutes of exercising and stretching. Within a day or two, most pain was gone and continued to be less notable each day I continued the program given me.

My first time going to physical therapy was a complete success! Jamie and Chantell worked with me to get me back on my feet after a head injury and I feel even better than before! They are so sweet and positive and I'm going to miss them so much honestly. 10/10 I highly recommend!!
