We had our van battery die at the gas pump a couple weeks ago and had to get a jump. We immediately drove to the nearest AutoZone and Brittany installed a new battery for us within just a few minutes-- she was amazing!

Manager Brittney R from the Cottonwood helped me above and beyond. I went in not knowing what I was doing at all to change my light bulbs and thought i was going to get help to buy the kind for my car and she went above and beyond to change them for me. She sure did look like she knew was she was doing with the assembly and everything. She got the customer service skills, and the knowledge of parts.

Brittany and Amber both took the extra time to check through multiple numbers and addresses to look up warranty information for a battery replacement. Saved me a bit of $$$. This is why I shop at AutoZone!

They are clueless. I called to see if they had a B&M shift cable. They asked me my year make and model. I said this is not application specific. I even gave them a part #. They also didn’t know what AN fits are… ??♂️

Had some battery problems, felt it was going bad and bought a new one. It worked or at least started and when bringing it back for the core I very much appreciate how January checked to make sure it was truely the battery making sure I put it on correctly and added grease correctly. Great service.
