Jenison Chase Bank is the bank my late father, my self and my son have used for all our banking needs for the last 20 years.The bankers and the investment gentle man are highly knowledgeable in their fields. This team will do everything they need to help you solve, create or get an answer to the very end of the situation.The tellers are well dressed, happy to see you, and most times they will greet you by name.I've witnessed time after time, they go that extra mile when some one needs extra help and a little encouragement .They are very smart, they know the money well . They have a contagious smile and laughter that spreads to every one.Nathan is an excellent Manager in all his responsibilities of running a branch but most importantly taking good care of his employees and the clients. He's not at his desk much he's all around the bank , giving a helping hand to his staff, or taking a second and greeting a customer. Now that's a bank !! Won't you give them a try today !!

DO NOT USE THE ATM!!!!!!!! i visited this location after hours to use the atm to deposit cash, and i did two transactions the first one went into my bank and then the second one atleast a couple hundred if not more. and when i deposited my cash the ATM took the money and never deposited it into my bank. i called and called everyone and went into the bank the second they opened the next morning. basically told me to call a claims number where the lady tells me it could take over 3 weeks for them to even find out. Its not the locations fault obviously it’s Chase’s since they have no control over how the ATM takes money and never spits it back out. but please. do not risk it do not use the atm.

All the tellers are very friendly. I give a 4 because the cleaning is horrible. I can't believe how dirty this bank is. This is disgusting. Especially during these COVID times.

Chase has really went down hill. So I’ve had accounts with chase for years. Out of the blue they sent me a letter saying they are closing my account. They won’t tell me why but just that they are closing it and they won’t ever reopen it. I would highly recommend using someone else for your banking needs. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb.

Went to this location today. Since the lobby’s were closed, I went through the drive thru. I told the teller I needed a printed copy of my Feb/March checking account transaction summary with teller stamp/teller signature on ALL pages as requested by my mortgage loan officer. This was our only other option since I’ve tried multiple times obtaining it online with no success. After she handed me the papers, I noticed only the first page was stamped and signed. She had already started helping someone else so I had to wave someone else down to come back and help me. I told the other lady that I needed ALL pages signed and stamped. The other lady who originally helped me started shaking her head as if I’m wrong for asking?? The lady proceeded to tell me “oh we’ve never had to do that before, most places only need the first page signed and stamped” I tell her I just wanted to get this right before I drive off because I’ve had difficulties trying to obtain this and I would rather not come back for one mistake. She then tells me I should check with my loan officer to see if I really need ALL pages stamped and signed. She was hesitant on signing and stamping ALL my paperwork. I drove off, called my loan officer and he confirmed I DO need all pages signed and stamped. I had to go back through the drive-thru AGAIN and waited in line AGAIN to get all my pages stamped and signed when I had originally requested it to be done the FIRST time. After going back the second time, the lady kept questioning me as if I was a burden or something. She kept saying “that’s so weird, I’ve never had to do this before” “who is your mortgage loan through” I tell her and she goes “oh, never heard of them”. Why does it even matter? It’s none of your business. Just stamp and sign my papers! The three tellers started helping each other sign the papers and I could tell they were all annoyed and one even gave me the death stare. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!! You made it harder on yourself when you didn’t do what I had originally asked! Then give me an attitude when the customer is right! WTH! Horrible customer service!!!!

The bank manager (mike) won’t help answer any questions or possible options for you to solve a given issue. He will just pass you off to someone else and will just cut you off and send you to card services... I’d recommend going to the Grandville location.

Sonia and Natalie as well as the other staff are very helpful and friendly. Natalie has gone the extra mile for me several times in sorting out wire transfer issues as well as any other issues I've encountered. As a business owner I highly recommend this bank and particularly this branch.

This bank genuinely has some problems that begin with treating customers like they are liars when in fact Sonia is either lying or using selective memory skills much too often. The Manager is unable to understand what customer service is and obviously skipped math class. With a team like this why would anyone trust them with real money? If there was a way to click No stars that would be the rating given.

5:15 on a Friday night, got an email message saying money was taken out of our checking account joint checking account under my wife's card. My wife working until 10 can't handle the problem so I call to try to handle the problem, talked with one of the managers she says I cannot access information in my own checking account under my wife's card number to figure out what was stolen out of our account. I then was already irritated because I was on hold using the 1-800 number for over an hour. Worst banking experience of my life. Not understanding how I could not get information out of my account under my wife and I's name a joint account and I could not get anyone to explain it to me so I could understand it. There's nothing like being hung up on by the manager of a branch thank you very much.
