Went to get an exhaust on and they dented my side skirts and didn't even tell me until I took it somewhere else to get work done.

I went to Muffler Man in Jenison MI to have a muffler swapped on my new to me truck. The owner was very accommodating, helpful, and completed the work in an hour at a very fair price. Will definitely return.

My car started having white smoke from the engine that I was certain was coolant and a nearby mechanic that was too busy recommended them, I was able to bring my car in for the chance to take an appointment slot that another customer had not yet shown up for. I brought my vehicle at around 11:30am and called to check on it at 1pm, they were looking at it and confirmed that it was coolant, they were running some more tests to be sure and I was called about 30 minutes later with the news that the cap to my coolant came off and it was bad so they replaced it and topped off my coolant for me, they were very kind and quick to help. Their pricing was very reasonable and I would recommend them, I know I’ll be returning.

I went to this muffler man location and they got me right in. I wanted some flow master exhaust put on my jeep. I went and bought the muffler from parts store and came back an did great work. I recommend this location for any service that needs to be done. The staff was friendly and happy with the service they provided.

I hear different to things about the various Muffler Man locations. I can't speak to the those because I've been to this one since it's the closest one to my house. With that being said I've always had good work done on my vehicles and a good experience with the staff.

They were nice enough to put on a muffler that I brought in to have installed. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, I was getting loud they had forgot to put silicone on the gaskets.. they redid the work for no charge. But two weeks later again I got loud again in another spot. They wanted to weld straight pipe over the phalanges which would’ve made it permanent on my car and charge me another $120.. I took the car to another place.. this place said the only thing wrong with it was they did not muffler man did bot tighten down the bolts !!! so they were going to charge me another $120 and basically ruined my exhaust by welding pipes in and all it was was I didn’t do their jobs correctly!
