“Above & Beyond expectations! Customer service could be their middle name. I arranged delivery of a pod - and got a text when there were near. The unit was dropped off exactly as I asked. The process was easy.
I ended up being one of those customers whose plans kept changing. And not once was I made to feel i was being a bother. That is rare! Once we were close to knowing when we wanted the unit picked up and moved to a new location all I needed was give them a call and it was arrange. And then when we decided over the weekend we wanted to switch the move from Monday to Tuesday that was no problem. And then when we wanted the final pick up day changed, that also was no problem.”

“It was a very difficult experience I reserved my unit online and I went to pay for my unit and there was no one at the property. I spoke with several staff for the company I went thru this for 3 weeks. But when I did get into the property the staff was really helpful and pleasant and were great”

As of right now, I'm positively impressed. The rental process was very easy, and a very nice use of technology gave it a very modern touch, and the unit is very clean.
The only issue (and single reason for 4 stars) is that the perimeters security of the facility is very compromised. The fence (approximately 20 feet) is falling outward.
If this is fixed, I'll gladly update my review!”

“Make sure you check out InnerSpace if you need a little extra storage in the Hudsonville area. Clean, organized, variety of storage sizes, high ceilings, 24/7 access to your unit, month-to-month rent (stop service when you need to)... you really need to look no further! Todd is great and easy to work with!”
“We came in looking for a washer and Keegan was able to give us the one we were hoping for and cut us a deal to get it within our budget. Delivery went and install went great and we were washing loads by the afternoon. Would definitely recommend going to see Keegan!”

“Super clean, high end and secure storage. 24/7 access and security is super well done.Amenities include(all free) rolling carts at all entrances, individual bathrooms, temperature control. They even have a box truck you can use. I work for a nonprofit and we got to use it for free for a large community event.Their customer service is amazing. We have switched our unit twice. We did it all online, super easy. First time we canceled our contract and made a new one. (realized we wanted indoor temp control). There was understandably a service fee (unrefundable cost for the few days we had it.) Manager ended up calling to make sure we liked the new one, but also refunded all our money from old unit.The next time we needed to move to a bigger unit. since it was mid month, we figured we would just double book. Goving us time to move everything. The manager called again and asked how long we needed to move. Since we had already done it, he refunded the rest of the month for old unit and applied it to the bigger one.Only ever one issue. Near Christmas my wife went to get items at 2am. Code worked on gate, but would not allow her into the main building. There had been some sort of power issue, so security took over. Not only did they get it fixed, but manager also gave us gift cards for the inconvenience.Honestly they could raise their prices 20% and I would still be recommending them as a bargain.”

“This place was by far the easiest thing I experienced with dealing with a student in college. We had questions about the unit and they answered right away. We needed one on a pinch and the sign up was online and seamless. We did not need to meet with anyone or go through a bunch of paperwork. Just fill out an online form from their website and set up payment. Then we moved in at the time everything was approved. When it was time to move out, I emailed them and all set. I'll be sure to use them in the Spring when I move all my student's stuff back. Saves me a trip to move everything home and back for the summer.”
