I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early, but she didn't get me in til a quarter after, not a real big deal, but when the next customer arrived for her appointment, I felt like I was being rushed out. We were pretty much done, but still, wasn't my fault she was behind schedule. Anyway, I had a fairly simple return and I felt like she did what she could to get me the best return. Although I did feel like it was rather pricey. Time to learn to do my own ?I had Eileen.

Don't EVER use this tax service. My son had his done in jonesville mi. A month ago and still can't access his money. Literally noone can help other than to keep saying go to the website for the american express prepaid card. An absolute nightmare. And still trying to get to his money

The people that work there for jackson Hewitt are vary good at their job they are nice and friendly. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand I have gone to them for my taxes for the last 3 years and had no problems, highly recommend anyone to go to them.😊
