Always handles my taxes with no issues. Very professional and polite. Will continue to go there and refer people. Much better than going to H and R block where you are just another number. Travis builds friendships, not clients. If I could give it another star I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here to get my taxes done and they were filed in march. I was told they would take 4-6 weeks before I would get my refund, I understand the end of the tax season I assumed it would take longer. Two months rolls around with no word on where my refund is. I called every day (Monday- Friday) for two weeks and left voicemails. I never once got a call back. I went into the office and was greeted with attitude. Mr. Sheerer was to busy to check where my tax return was I was to call a number and find out. I took the information and called. Once I was finally connected with someone I was told I was given the wrong information. I called back and to my surprise someone answered the phone. I got the correct information and called back to over an hour wait. I called Mr. Sheerers office multiple more times on and off throughout the week with no calls back. I call today and went through this whole process which I was greeted with attitude by the first lady who took it upon herself to hang up on me! I called back and was greeted by a very nice woman who now after 3 months is helping me get my return back!!! Terrible customer service would not recommend anyone go here!!

Save us a bunch this year, been using different tax service whom missed a bunch of deductions on our business. I was impressed with his knowledge. Very reasonable service as well. I could say more, but experience is your own opinion. Worth the experience on our home and business

If you need your taxes done or financial advice Travis is the person to go to! His office is very welcoming and a great atmosphere to walk into. The staff is always friendly and Travis is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and will answer any and all questions you may half. Not to mention he is very reasonably priced!

I have been doing my taxes and financial counseling with Sheerer Accounting for the last 3 going on 4 years, I will not go to anyone else. the environment is so inviting, you walk in and are greeted with smiling faces and the sweetest Golden Retriever ever. travis talks you through everything to make sure you understand and it is so affordable. thank you for the wonderful service!
