Second time in this store and no one has a clue about customer service. I wasn't greeted or spoken to at the register. For how little business this place gets I figured you would treat the one person in the store better. I will go to Menards from now on. I've had better service at Walmart.

No staff under 70 years old. I have visited twice and bought twice. I went looking for the deals on lawn equipment. They were out. I bought a few things and told him I had rewards points. He told me his machine was not able to take my rewards points. Really….I had bought a lawn mower from them…why could he not void the sale of new merchandise to use my points? Will not go back.
