They take time to explain equipment operation, insurance coverage, and ensure customers feel confident using items like walkers and portable oxygen tanks. Issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Technicians are fast, fulfill requests, and will even make special trips for deliveries and pickups. The service is excellent.
