The Allied team was fantastic through the entire process and I would absolutely work with them again.
One of my favorite parts of the process took place months before our move when Jim traveled an hour from his office to do an in-person walkthrough of our home and provided a very detailed estimate.
The fact that I knew Jim had physically seen my space gave me confidence in the “not so exceed” price in the estimate. Others who performed a virtual estimate via web call left me concerned that they’d arrive for the move and find they’d misquoted certain things and would need to charge me more.
The actual moving team was fantastic as well and those guys worked so hard to ensure our move went smoothly and I am just so thankful for Ramon and his team.

These guys were great. They came in and got everything out of the house by noon. And the other end, They delivered everything in good fashion. I would highly recommend this company and its workers to anyone. Jim Hoelscher.

I’ll never use them again. As seen in photos, the movers did not wrap white cushions, they just tossed them on top. In fact, they did NOT shrink wrap anything. Their excuse was they forgot to bring it. Really??

Very pleased with Allied once again. Have used them many, many times over the years. The crew was very helpful and listened to my concerns. Allied rep Jim kept in contact throughout the move. Definitely would recommend this local agent in Kalamazoo.

The delivery team was fantastic. The pick up team was not the best. I have several damaged items and they left their trash from their truck in my garage. They had the lowest price but I will need to buy a lot of new items. It was just an OK experience.

Absolutely awful! I'd never use them for a out of state or even local move. If you are moving a 3,000 sq foot house perhaps they meet delivery times. They do not seem to schedule or be able to get delivery drivers. In the end, Allied will need to pay me close to $500. They were so awful. I can't advise enough to NOT use them. The sales guy, Richard was like "sometimes deliveries don't happen on time" ... I hope my review at least stops one person from hiring them. This is the Kalamazoo branch.

Before moving, I searched a few moving companies and read a lot of reviews. It seems that there is no perfect mover and each has some negative comments. With worries, I eventually chose Allief Van Lines which actually has the highest estimates. When the driver (Daniel) came with two helpers, they did a greatjob in moving things to the truck. The arrival time is ahead of our expected. Furthermore, the final price is much less than the initial estimate. This is a little surprise. So this is indeed a reliable moving company. Highly recommended.
