DO NOT SHOP HERE. What a joke. I ordered a pillow and mattress w/a bundle (sheets/mattress protector/pillows) back in November 2023 and still have yet to receive the pillow or bundle. They claim during the buying process if you are not happy with your mattress that you will be able to exchange it. Back in February they claimed they would do the mattress exchange, and I was told I should receive the exchange within 3 weeks. Every time I call to check on the status of the pillow or replacement mattress they state they can't provide any updates without speaking with the owner and they will call me back. I have yet to receive any call backs. So now I have paid for a pillow I have yet to receive, am stuck with an over $2k mattress that I can't sleep on because it hurts my back tremendously, and no communication. Do not get scammed like I have!

This is definitely the best Mattress store in town! The only place in town where you can go and actually try some of the product from the big online mattress retailers! The customer service is great and personal, the quality of the mattresses are unbeatable, and the experience all together is better than any other place I’ve been to. If you’re looking to support a small family owned business while also getting set up on the perfect mattress that will fit all of your needs then Truesleep is the place to go!

These people are fine until you want waranty service. They will talk and seem to be helpful until they find out what I want, then they go completely silent. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't buy from this place unless you don't want to experience good customer service.

Cecilia was FANTASTIC! Welcomed us right as we came in, asked what we were looking for, made great recommendations, let us poke around, no pressure, and gave us great advice on how to care for our new bed! Very happy we stopped in and had Cecilia helping us on this journey!

Gary L.This is the worst retail mattress store I have ever tried to do business with. I'm saying tried because I purchased Nectar Hybrid mattress on January 12, 2024 then a month and a half later a mattress was delivered to my house on last day of Feb. and it was the wrong mattress. Tried to return it but the sales girl refused to call the guys who delivered it 20 minutes ago. Today is March 29, 2024 which is 79 days from the date of purchase and I still don't have the Nectar I paid for! Sales girl told me not to buy from Amazon because they are not Nectar mattresses but she would match their price. The owner thru a speaker phone call & the head salesgirl have lied to me many times. "The mattress will be here in 10 days to two weeks, The mattress is made in Indiana when the label on the box says made in Mexico. Was told the Indiana Nectar plant was having problems with the Hybrids. When I called the Jeffersonville Indiana plant I was informed they have no paper work with my name or the order number I gave them. Called the Nectar help line but was told because of a Drop Ship situation they cannot help me. I am going to call the company that delivered the mattress and pay them to load it up and then drive with them back to True Sleep (not worried about that pick up fee because it will just added to reimbursement court settlement) then try to get my money back because that salesgirl told me she would not return my money because she does not have the product. I tried calling her 7 times but she would not accept my phone calls. I talked to the Kalamazoo police today and they advised me that they will accompany me to the store because they feel there will be a confrontation. I went to this place to buy from a local business, BIG MISTAKE! plus this scenario is extreme negative advertising for the Nectar Company.All I want is want I purchased, so once again beware of the True Sleep Store on Drake Road in Kalamazoo.

WARNING!! Stay away from this store. The most unprofessional staff we have ever purchased merchandise from, staff isn't trained in customer service, asked for management to call us and was told he doubted she would call, won't tell you where main office is located or how to contact them, wouldn't honor ad for veteran discount of 40%, would only give 20% on the mattress only (than clerk offered 30%, eventually the veteran discount totally disappeared completely from our order. We did receive a partial refund of the veteran discount. Asked if sheets had come in, clerk couldn't find that they had, received a call the next day from person training the new clerk that they had found the sheets and they would come out when the bed was setup. Bed came but no sheets, was told to call the store, informed by the trainer that they were sent to the wrong store (there ??? NOT THERE ???). Merchandise finally came in but no sheets and we finally had to ask for a refund.We told them at one point to cancel the order and I truly wish we had stuck to it and cancelled the this order.

We spent nearly 10,000 on the best mattress and upholstery base/headboard they have. Paid in full in Sept 2023. Bed was not delivered until December 2023 and upon arrival and set up, the ordered and delivered the wrong size base. It is now January 2024 and we are still waiting. No returned calls and not an iota of care from themYou would think, after all the money we spent, they would at least continue follow up on our order and communicate with us. The lack of concern and Customer service is appalling
