I was helped by at least two courteous sales associates within 5 minutes of entering the building, which was pretty impressive. Their staff was friendly, informative, and helpful, especially the assistant manager, who helped me select an appropriate and cost friendly Samsung replacement phone. Overall, I had a pretty fantastic experience at the AT&T store on Drake Rd. in Kalamazoo!

Troy was very patient with my 83yr.old father and I. He took the time to explain what and why and even saved us some money on a different plan so that we were able to add a line and 2 new phones.
He is a gem. We will be back, especially when Troy is on.

Have a a lot of trouble with transferring my account to Verizon. Went into the store and the workers there were extraordinarily rude. I was frustrated having spent two hours on the phone with AT&T and try to get some help and I said you guys don’t know what you’re doing, and they threw me out of the store. Extremely rude would never use AT&T again

I used one of AT&T flyers to get my AT&T fiber internet. It had never got installed. I heard to go to an AT&T store to get internet. She got me more money back, that's why I gave it 5 stars.
