Customer service was good until I purchased the car. After they took the sticker off the window I notice razor blade scartches when I cleaned the window off, they did nothing. I had not received my registration or tabs . I asked the fast talking salesman Charles, will I get my registration and tabs in the mail he said they would handle everything I was covered. I have not received anything. When I contacted the dealership they said go to the secretary of state office the car was registered.When I went to my sons house and he looked under the hood electric tape everywhere. I have lights coming on (no airbag). Watch your fine print on their flyers. They told me I won something, never received anything. I notice the cap on the tire was missing. Salesman told me you get what you paid for. When I came back the original sales person has one for me.No I'm not happy I feel like the windshield was replace because you can hear blowing. Large hole in the floor covered by a floor mat. I called about all these concerns. The car is parked. I'm very disappointed with my experience with the dealership.

Keith Jr. took such good care of me. There were hurdles I had to overcome to get a vehicle and He helped me every step of the way. He got me into a vehicle I love and I would recommend him to anyone. My two younger children will be able to drive in the next couple of years and I plan on bringing them here.

Salesman came out to our vehicle making assumptions that we had no money due to our age, which was highly insulting. A real hayseed who was beeting around the bush about other cars, and did not seem like he was going to let us sit in the car we wanted to look at.
