Literally no one knows how to change a wiper anymore but yall have a sign that says you change wipers, I sent my daughter up there and the woman said she only knows J hooks which if she would of looked it was a J hook and y’all sold her the wrong size and told my child she bought a too expensive wiper and she didn’t need to buy that expensive of a wiper which as a salesperson is wild to say and the man said he plainly don’t know how and sent my daughter in the rain with no wiper, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS ???

I went in to pick up a part I ordered on line. I was unaware both clerks were helping customers, as one guy was on his phone - when I walked up to the counter, he rudely stated that he would help me when he was done with his customer. The other clerk actually had a customer in front of him. When I was helped, the guy couldn't find the part (it was prepaid), he kept slamming cabinet doors back and forth looking for it. Finally, he pulled another from stock. He never informed me as to what was going on but at the end plopped the part in front me and told me to sign what I assumed was a receipt for picking up the part.

I went to this auto zone looking for a car battery and needed it to be installed. Nick was the employee that helped me and he installed the battery in less than 20 minutes. Good prices n good people if u ever have car trouble this auto zone does it right!

Today my battery died at a Hardings parking lot near this location. William was very helpful and gave me a jump so that I could park at the store. Once I got to the store both William and Melissa quickly helped me get my battery switched out it with a brand new one. Great customer service, and I will be coming back for any parts or replacements I need in the future! Thanks again!

Went in to get a bulb for my car and the kid behind the counter had no clue what he was doing. I’m not sure why answering the phone and ignoring the customer in front of you is normal there, but a trip that should’ve taken 5 minutes took over 15 and i left with no bulb and went somewhere else.
