“My husband purchase a new interstate battery in texas before our trip to Michigan ,when we arrived to Michigan we start to having issues with the battery, after a few days we finally found a store here in kalamazoo and we went on a weekend we explain our situation, they test the battery for free and confirm it was a bad cell, they took care of the rest ,very friendly staff ,very knowledgeable and very professional, we are very thankful for their help. Awesome experience.”

“An absolute perfect transaction from first call to the forth call all the way to the pick up. Outstanding Job Jordan and Jayden. Called for a couple of parts for a friend’s Chevy Tahoe, I called autozone first I must admit. They didn’t have both parts in stock. Called my local O’reilly’s which is literally right next door to the autozone. A young man answered I gave him the info he checked, verified he had them both in stock. I said I’ll be right down. Well as life has it I couldn’t make it “right down”.
So I called the store and let Jordan know I would try to be down as soon as I can. I didn’t want them to think I wasn’t coming. He let me know that he has them in stock still but didn’t pull the items due to things like this arising. Relief I don’t like making extra work for people. So I left him with I will be down sometime. Then my friend called and said she will just pick them up on the way to my house around 2:30 and 3:00.
So another call to the store. This time Jayden answered. I told him I was working with Jordan , who was busy at the moment. So I mentioned to Jayden that my friend she would stop by on the way thru. And if they could pull the parts and have them ready for her to just pay and pick up. She drives the truck, but ask her what a throttle body does and it’s all over. So she arrived at my place with the correct parts to the car, and mentioned that she was able to just walk in say I have a pick up play for it on grab it and go. And then one of the staff noticed she had a baby with her and offered to carry the items out to her truck. Kudos Guys at my local O’Reilly’s. I will no longer be calling Autozone first. It will be O’Rielly’s. Such great customer service. Impressive, most impressive.”
