I’ve noticed that the tire shine feature hasn’t been working during my last few car washes. I mentioned it to the staff this time, and Ava said she would turn it on, but it still didn’t happen. When I went back to discuss it, she was dismissive, claiming it was supposed to work and that she couldn’t help. This is misleading for customers who pay for the tire shine option, and I expected an apology or a fix for the issue.

Every time I come you get some one else’s wash job. One would think they’d update the crap to give the right car what they paid for. Wash sucks misses most all areas.

Basic car wash for $6 always does the trick.
Free vacuums.
Quick service, hardly a line usually. One time, on a sunny Saturday afternoon, after months of snow, the line was long but moved fault quickly.
