Well, I was unaware that if I went into a Boost store and switched my service that way, I would get a new phone! And I desperately NEED one! I am very disappointed with this. Because when I did go to a store, I was told it would be $80 to switch services. As opposed to online, only $25. And because I have very little to no income at the moment, I switched online. However, the representative did not bother to inform me of any of the above mentioned issues. I'm really debating if I'll stay with Boost now..

I was extremely surprised to get great service at this particular location, Park Street market, located on the north side. The young lady and the young man were very professional and patient with me. I believe her name is Jennifer cannot remember the young man name, By the way, her hair is real. So never judge a book by its cover or it's location.

Employee was really nice. I went in with a smashed phone, not being from around the area, and was a little more than desperate for a replacement to help me gps my way home. She went above and beyond to work with my limited budget, really saved the day for me. Go here if you want a cell phone service provider that cares whether you make it home or not!

Great place for a new phone. I've had boost for years I won't go anywhere else. Unfortunately if I miss the bill a day or two I can still receive calls and texts messages
