My kid peed himself in the car, pulled off the highway to fill up and clean him up. No public restroom, the snarky kid who worked there suggested pizza instead.
Obnoxious employees and no bathroom. Hard pass.

Card reader on gas pump doesn't work. Pumps are the slowest I have ever seen. Do not come here if you're in a hurry.

If I could give this a negative I would the bathroom was so disgusting pee all over the floor and all over the seat and trash overflowing trash scattered all over and when reported to the cashier all he said was that ppl do that sometimes and laughed..the staff need to work on cleaning no reason for it to be that nasty

Very honest and polite staffs and manager and good service. More than week ago, I lost my credit card at one of their gas pump. I realized that I lost my card in that store only when I came back to my home where is about 3 hours driving distance from the store. I called store late at night, a staff immediately realized what I was calling for and quickly ID my identity with my card that a person turned in. I told him to mail the card to my home, and he politely told me he was not sure if he can do this or not. However, he said he will tell his manger tomorrow about my request and ask me to call back. Next day or two, I called the store, the store manager answered the phone and told me that she already mailed the credit to my house and told me I will receive it in a few days. Three days late, I received my card. I am very much appreciate what the store did for me, it save me a lot of hassle and trouble. I will say thank to store staff and manager include the person who turn in my credit card. I will definitely go back to this gas station next time when I visit Kalamazoo.

Right off the interstate. Perfect for travelers to gas up, get snacks and use restroom right? Restroom is unavailable. You expect me to spend money at your station but I can’t use a restroom? What a joke.Go to speedway 500ft away

Drive all this way to get the gas on an almost empty take, got there the place was lit up, someone was at the cash register as I got out to go to the door to pay with my cash, it was locked and the worker went to hide somewhere. Horrible customer service.

I had been driving for about three hours and I stopped at BP to fill up with gas. I had a gift card that the card reader would not read. I kept waiting, because the screen said waiting on cashier. After a few minutes of waiting she eventually spoke to me over the intercom saying that I needed to go inside. After I filled my tank, I asked her where the bathroom was. She said that the bathroom was for employees only. I explained that I had been driving for a long time, but she still wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. She was also rude to me, when I had tried to explain that their screen was misleading.
