Hospital is fantastic. Food service is so far below standards, that it is pathetic. It is so difficult to get what you order. Expect 3-4 errors daily , yep on a 3 course day.Out of the 38 orders I have had 3 correct. When I spoke to management and offered to volunteer to help put orders together was told no, this happens to everybody, I was appalled and just let them know trying to be a solution not part of the problem. Now I have to watch for spit In My food etc.horrible, bring your wallet and order Uber eats or what have you. You are not a priority when trying to keep your weight up.38 orders and only have had 3 be right.Gotta get it together or patients will be too sick to help.It doesn’t look like it is rocket science, tried to volunteer to see if maybe it was.Best of luck in managements thinking this is acceptable. It’s disgraceful.

TRASH!! Bronson doesn’t care about anything or take you seriously. Kalamazoo needs a NEW hospital with healthcare workers whom care & TAKE EVERYTHING SERIOUSLY!!! They should tear this place down!!!! I wouldn’t recommend 0/10!!!

Kalamazoo Bronson Methodist Hospital- The admitting room nurse John and tech Sam were great! The East pavilion nurse Anna was compassionate and knowledgeable. Neurosurgeon Radiologist Dr. Patel was an expert and kind. Radiologist Tyler was thorough, a great communicator, and kind.

Had my gall bladder removed last year, and a hernia repair. Worst experience of my life. Dr osmer do not recommend his service or office period. They washed their hands and made excuses for the disfigurement and pain they left me with. Time to get referred to some place to fixed all their mistakes. Bronso. Is a second rate health h care provider.

Everyone is super friendly here. My primary doctor is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares. I like how they have their own app with a portal to go directly to whatever doctor or specialist you see. Everyone has gotten back to me in the same day. All locations are clean. The doctors are professional and I’ve never had poor care. Definently reccomend coming here for ANY health issues.

Currently 3:30 in the morning and I’ve been here since midnight it’s been an exhausting night over all ! I called twice and spoke to a woman name Deb around 3 and got the floor moving around and nurses came out to do a couple of vitals on a few peoples so at this point my symptoms are getting worse so I go speak to the young lady at the front desk and apparently couldn’t hear me but has an entire air pod in her ear !! How rude and disrespectful while everyone is gathered around talking and Laughing having a good ol time while it’s multiple people sicker then green snot We have multiple people here who have been here longer than 5 hours !!

Unparalleled Care at Bronson Methodist Kalamazoo Hospital's ICU department. Our day at Bronson Methodist Kalamazoo Hospital's ICU was marked by exemplary care and deep compassion. Dr. M. Abbas stood out with his informative and caring approach, easing our worries with his dedication.Nurse Tara (night shift ICU nurse) with her lively spirit and kindhearted nature, added comfort to our stay. Her authentic cheerfulness uplifted our spirits, making a significant difference in our experience.Jake (morning nurse) was very friendly and his pivotal knowledge of things while we were about to discharge was outstanding. In short, the team at Bronson Methodist Kalamazoo Hospital's ICU provided outstanding care, turning a challenging situation into a manageable one with their excellent patient care. We are truly thankful.

Worst place to come RN Donna worthless woman who doesn’t care about anyone but herself this hospital in general is terrible with service to the public unbelievable on how they treat there patient's- have you sit in the ER Triage waiting room for a whole day before they get you back to a room. Staff in. ER are rude.

My overall experience with Bronson Hospital has been extremely positive. All the caregivers and staff members who have helped my family (my siblings and I when we were young, my children growing up and my Mom right now) over the years have always been kind, honest and professional. People are oftentimes under great stress in the hospital and caring staff members make such a huge difference!

These so called professionals gonna make me snap! My son been here for the third time about his tonsils and throat swelling and they wanna keep giving him antibiotics that don’t work so he gotta keep coming back. Patient right people take your info for a complaint, but NEVER call back about the complaint. And I’m not about to let these people keep playing with my son! These weird ENT doctors in the area are by far…The rudest, non compassionate and unprofessional as well. Why do patients have to wait until 5 o’clock for you lazy people to come to Bronson?? Why? That means a patient has to wait to be able to eat or drink. Tf! And Just to say the antibiotics work and send him home just for him to come back with the same thing. The devil is a lie. I’ll sue all you people about my son! I’ve been seeing too far much HIPPA being violated at this hospital! Don’t DO ME! These people are a bunch of lazy, lack compassion, and lack quality care to their patients. 11/

It all right little slow but sometimes but that's understandable it a emergency room that we were at and they're always a little slow cuz they're always so busy but some people got to be jerks about it and be rude to the nurses which is not right they're there to help you you went there. they didn't come to you until you got there so be nice to the nurses and doctors yeah and doctors take our money and a lot of it but if you got to go there just be nice. they just can't figure out what the hell is wrong with you. before they really figure it out. Because sometimes they don't do blood or the machine that you had to go through to see what was in your belly or what is going on with you.
