trying to buy a bag and it was locked up to the rack. pushed the button for an associate a few times and so did the security. after waiting around about ten minutes in the area the security went to ask an associate and relayed they lost the key for the security lock and that no one had another. was anyone going to relay that or let me just keep pushing the button and waiting? no apology for the inconvenience just a shrug when i asked if i can’t purchase the product then. first time coming in and probably won’t be back.

The line is so damn long and only two cashiers like y'all know y'all should have 3-4 registers open. It'll make the customers more happy. And don't have an employee standing at the door instead of security. They can man the register.

The place is a mess, the cashier did not greet nor thank me. I asked her to remove the plastic tag on the belt buckle. She said she did. She did not. I left cursing under my breath. I will not set foot in this trash bin of a store with its scowling, incompetent cashers. By the way, she failed to ask me if I had Rewards. She should be fired. And whomever hired her should be fired as well.

First time ever going to this Burlington and I didn't like coming here at all. Very ghetto and cluttered. Also I felt very uncomfortable in that store especially with a security guard with a gun on his hip. After I payed for my stuff. The check out lady forget to take security tags off and when I walked out the door it was beeping and the security guard was looking at me like I stole or something.

The line to check out was a mile long and took almost 45 minutes to get through. They had a lot of selection but stuff was thrown everywhere. Prices were good and staff was friendly. This would not be a place for a quick shopping trip.

1 Employee working. Can't even find an employee to unlock the bathroom. This is a Company that's looking down on its Customers. Majority of your shopper's are not thieves, hire more employees.
