We made a reservation two days in advance for Valentines Day and upon arrival were told there was one staff waitress/bartender there for the entire restaurant. “We didn't know there were reservations” was what we were told. We decided to wait considering it was Valentine's Day. We watched couple after couple come in with the same greeting, wait 10-15 minutes and then leave. We waited and helped ourselves to menus but after 20 minutes with no service we left. We felt bad for the one employee that was trying to run everything but also felt there was bad management considering we made our reservation two days prior. Food we saw come out from the kitchen looked good.

Would be nice if WMU kept this open for Summer I & II students. Everything is closed by 7pm on campus.
