Justin was honest about the time frame for the repairs on my truck, I understood that during the time my truck was dropped off there were other cars that needed repairs. You guys did an amazing job and thank you again for honesty, professionalism.

I would not recommend this place at all! They do not care about your vehicle or take care of your vehicle! I went back three different times just to incur more damage to my car each time. I took my car here after it was recommended by the insurance company and I’m still paying for it! I’ve had to take it back in three different times because they did not put my car back together correct the first time. I took it to someone else to have it checked out after noticing all kinds of extra weird gaps where they did work on it. I was then made aware that a good number of fasteners (20) to be exact had not been put back on after they took my car apart as well as other things that had not either been fixed at all or not done right! I did keep finding fasteners all the inside of my car, but I didn’t know what they were at that time. So I called them about all the issues and ended up taking my car back to them to have them fix and finish what should had been done the first time. When I got it back the second time I noticed the paint had been all scratched up where the work was done at. At this point I’m pretty frustrated and upset so then had to again take it back there a third time so they can now get it painted. Mind you I’m having to spend money on renting a car until I get mine back. However when I did finally get it back the inside of my trunk lining had been ripped/damaged!!!! Smh I can’t make this stuff up! I did let the lady that I was working with there know that this happened but she never got back to me about it. And honestly I don’t think I even want to have them touch my car again! I love my car but they do not care about your vehicle! Clearly! This was a huge waste of my time and energy and honestly I really don’t want to take it back to have them fix and then break something else! Do yourself a favor steer clear of this place! There are lots of trusted reliable places around Kalamazoo! I’m still upset the lining of my trunk got damaged and ripped but That’s what I get for trusting they would take care of my car for the third time!! I wish I never took my car there to begin with and if I could give 0 stars and a thumbs down I would!!!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This was a location that was recommended to me by my insurance. So without a doubt, I went for it. After a few weeks of waiting for a response or any update, I called them. It wasn't until I called them that they finally just happened to get an update. Week by week, I kept getting the runaround. I had dropped my car off late september and I didn't receive it until early december. Whenever I called for an update, I kept getting the run around and they used fancy words, making it sound like it was more work being done than what it was. I was told one day and they kept pushing it back, pushing it back, pushing it back. So finally I was promised friday that I could get my car. They told me on friday that it would be done monday morning. When I called monday morning, they tried giving me the runaround again. At this point I had had it, as I had been commuting around town on my bicycle. I had been waiting for THREE MONTHS!!!!! And I couldn't wait any longer as it's winter!!! When I went to the shop, my car was sitting outside perfectly fine. It looks like it had been completed as snow was surrounding the car. I told them I want to take my car home. I signed the papers, and that was it. I can't imagine how long I would have waited if I didn't just go and get my car. This place will tell you one time, and keep on changing it. When I walked in the office, the work staff was just chatting it up. Loud music played from the shop, and I wondered why it took so long. This was extremely frustrating and I would never recommend this location to anyone ever again. I had been to a caliber collision in texas, which is why I had assumed this would be a good idea. Boy oh boy was I completely wrong. Do not come here if you want your car fixed in a timely manner!!!! They play games and try to undermine the customer. Please reconsider other locations before choosing this one.

I would never recommend this company. The intake person was very unprofessional. Made several digs about my insurance provider progressive. I have to take my car back not once but twice and it is still not fixed correctly.

I normally do not put up reviews unless it is deserved (good or bad). Caliber did an exceptional job with our SUV. Communication and updates were done in a timely manner. They helped with the entire process from start to finish. We could not be happier with the results! Thank you, Caliber!

I will never have my car repaired here again. If you are renting a car and have to pay out of pocket, be aware. I was told that my car was going to be ready before the estimated completion date. They told me seven days after I dropped it off. I felt seven days was reasonable since I was paying out of pocket. After the seven days, I was advised to rent a car for three more days. I was told that the car should be fixed by that time. I called on the second day of those three days and they acted like they didn’t remember telling me that it was going to be completed after those three days. They said it was another company that was supposed to come look at it and they didn’t know when they were coming. They advised me to rent again until the estimated completion date. I listened and rented a car that next morning for the rest of the days until my estimated completion date. Later that day, I got a call saying that my car was completed and ready. Since I already rented a car, like caliber advised me to do, I was told I couldn’t get my money back because I already drove the car off the lot. Caliber refused to take responsibility and now I have my car and a rental car that I don’t need. And I have to pay $460 more out of pocket. I have to pay $1200 altogether. This is my first and last time dealing with caliber.
