“The car wash can take a while if there's a wait, so be cautious of that. Other than that, it is a SUPER good car wash. It gets all the dirt off while not leaving soap on your car. Only downside is it does leave your car pretty wet, so maybe bring a towel.”
“I received excellent service at this car wash for simply a $35 detail and a $10. exterior wash. I will definitely come back. I was very happy with the work they did. The inside of my car, the mats were like new and they vacuumed better than I ever did. Customer service was delivered with kindness and smiles.

“This is my favorite car wash in town. There was a glitch in the system where I was charged without receiving a carwash. I called the customer service number and I was contacted by the next business day. Not only was Laura kind in communicating with me, she gave me discount codes for their top car washes. I felt she went above and beyond. I am pleased with the customer service.”

“I mainly use Bob & Kay's for the car wash, for which I have a monthly pass. There are some items in the store I buy, like 20oz of RC cola, one of the few places that have them, & Faygo Cola as well. It's easy to find the other flavors of Faygo in the 20-28oz size at other stores, but not the Cola. I have no brand loyalty when it comes to colas, I've got to keep changing it up.”

“Hit & miss. Hours and selection could be better. The inside is in need of a facelift but that could be said about all gas stations built in the 90's. In the interest of being fair most of the time I don't go in to gas stations unless I need something on my way to or from work.”

“Car Wash is super clean and has tons of pop bottles in the trash for me to take back at the store.. unfortunately not enough people like to throw away their pop bottles so I have to take old receipts and scan them on my receipt scanner, however there are plenty of receipts that people like to throw away.. so I've never run dry on those rewards.
