This local branch has exceptional customer service. Ms. Natalia today answered all of my questions and went out of her way to help. I have always had a great experience with this particular branch--and still try to contact them for answers even though I no longer live in the area. Would highly recommend!

Slowest bank , one teller and 3 people sitting in there cubicles not doing much of anything while you wait!
Terrible wait to get to a teller 15 min in line. Manager walking around while you waiting. I googled this bank logged in to my gmail account and typed this entire message as 15 min passed and still waiting
