I spent over an hour shopping for many items. This included food, clothes and house supplies. They refused to accept my payment because it's a MASTERCARD and Not Visa! All of my cards are MasterCard! I cancelled my membership and got the 100% refund. I went to the other Warehouse store (Competition) spent over $400 with no snotty remarks because of how I paid. Maybe if you switch in the future I will come back.

I am editing my previous review after using the warranty services through costco. We bought a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator about 1.5 years ago and this year it died. We initiated a request through warranty services. Fast forward more than a month later to today's date and we have yet to receive confirmation that the unit was being replaced within the 15 business days that were promised. This was after it took 2 weeks for a repairman and them after the repairman " broke" the unit and made it irreparable. Costco decided to wash their hands of the issue and place the blame in the hands of Samsung to replace the unit based on warranty. Samsung tried to give us money but only to use through their website, where prices were significantly higher than Costcos website. It took me calling Costco 3 times to complain before they nudged Samsung after Samsung forgot about the ticket for our replacement fridge. We are now waiting for a mystery date for an unknown delivery person to send a new fridge in the middle of a work day that I cannot plan for ahead of time. The worst part, we are getting a replacement fridge with the exact unit that broke rather than Costco redeeming us and letting us pick a replacement. I guess we will need a new fridge in about 1.5 years. I usually love Costco and use them frequently, but find this entire process completely exhausting. I don't think I'll be using then again for appliances.
Update to March 7th, there is no update from Costco or Samsung to deliver or refund a refrigerator. We have gone another 7 days without any contact to get our replacement and as time goes on, it seems unlikely that Samsung will honor delivering the unit. Avoid warranties through Costco at all costs.

Constantly have no carts inside the building, which then customers have to go get themselves from outside even though they have employees chatting & hanging out where the carts usually are. Didn't realize I had to pay a membership to get my own cart...

Very rude over the phone, and dumb you have to have a member ship to bring in returnable. I asked why does it say online you don't need membership to recycle returnables and I was hung up on. Called same number back and it rang and rang for 3 mins.

I learned a long time ago when you see a item that's limited supply buy it right away because when you go back the next day it usually gone.

Pictures explaining everything, I paid this strawberry for 8.99 yesterday, and you see what happened. I saved maybe 6 strawberries. O.M.G. I'm so angry, it's too expensive to drive all the way to Costco to change strawberry. Just be careful what you purchase there. 😈
